Movement has been part of Sally’s life for as long as she can remember. From a young age Sally loved every sport I could try, eventually trialling for Great Britain in netball and competing at county level in both tennis and squash. Those experiences taught Sally the importance of discipline, resilience and, above all, the joy that comes from keeping active.
Pilates had been Sally’s own constant for more than twenty years and played a huge part in my recovery, so becoming a Pilates instructor felt like a natural return to her true passion. Today, alongside Pilates, Sally teaches strength, balance and cardio classes designed to help people stay active, capable and independent throughout life.
Sally believes that exercise is about so much more than fitness. It’s about having the strength and balance to prevent falls, the confidence to keep doing the things you love, and the friendships that grow from exercising together. Sally’s classes are welcoming, supportive and enjoyable, whether you’re completely new to exercise or looking to maintain your health and fitness.
Away from teaching, Sally love’s spending time with my husband, our three grown-up children and my grandchild. When Sally’s not keeping active, you’ll usually find her painting—another passion that allows her to slow down and be creative. Sally’s goal is simple: to help you move with confidence, build strength, improve mobility and enjoy a healthier, happier life—whatever your age.
